CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in London is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer / Authorised Person (AP) to maintain and install electrical plant and equipment, resolve faults quickly, and support critical systems operations.

The role requires acting as the electrical AP, responding to breakdowns within SLA, maintaining UPS systems and generators, and managing risk-based maintenance across commercial installations.

Competenze

• 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (Amendment 2/3).
• Previous AP appointment (e.g., AP15/12).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a qualified electrical engineer.
• Experience with generators and UPS maintenance.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, and CDM processes.
• Health & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH).
• Testing and inspection of electrical systems.
