A leading facilities management company is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover sites in Darlington and Newcastle. The position involves undertaking electrical and building maintenance, ensuring engineering standards, and maintaining comprehensive records. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• LV Authorised Person is a bonus.
• Ability to attain the 18th Edition through additional training if you have the 17th Edition.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Ensure comprehensive maintenance records are kept.
• Supervise engineering subcontractors and maintain a professional image.
