Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited seeks a Contract Manager to profitably manage contracts in line with specifications, budgets, and legislative requirements for client management. You will oversee resources to meet service delivery targets across sites.

During induction you will work with a Lead Engineer and team of Engineers while being partnered with a current Contract Manager, reporting to the Operations Director and coordinating with Sales and Mobilisation teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, profitability metrics and client governance.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Communication with clients and internal teams.
• Report directly to Operations Director.
• Primary contact with Client's.
• Manage variations to the contract.
• Measure Client's Profit & Loss individually.
• Support Credit control and invoicing.
• Oversee engineers and field operations.
• Liaise with HR on resourcing and recruitment.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety policies.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs for sites.

During your Induction you will gain valuable experience managing a Lead Engineer and team of Engineers whilst being partnered with a current Contract Manager.
