Job Description:

Mobile Electrical Engineer - FM Service Provider - Berkshire, Hertfordshire and South Bucks - Up to £42,500

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a mobile Electrical Engineer for a mixed commercial & residential contract in Berkshire, Hertfordshire, and South Bucks. The successful candidate will be fully qualified with experience in commercial/property maintenance, performing planned and reactive M&E maintenance.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Lighting installation, fault-finding, lamping, ballast replacement, control panels, power distribution
• Emergency lighting maintenance
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Water Treatment - temperature checks (not dosing)
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets
• BMS System monitoring (e.g., hot & cold)
• General building fabric maintenance
• Monitoring mechanical plant

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Requirements

• Electrically qualified with trade certificates
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 (required)
• City & Guilds 18th Edition (required)
• Inspection & Testing 2391 (desirable)
• LVAP (desirable)
• HVAP (desirable)
• Experience in commercial or property maintenance
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to cover a large site
• Honest, hardworking, reliable

Package

• Up to £42,500 per year
