A leading building services provider is looking for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join their established team on a prestigious contract supporting commercial office spaces across key regional locations.
The Role:

  • Perform general electrical maintenance including PPMs, reactive repairs, and fault finding
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems and equipment
  • Carry out basic building services tasks such as HVAC support, lighting repairs, and emergency lighting testing
  • Assist with basic plumbing tasks like tap temps, flushing, and minor fabric repairs
  • Covering 5-6 sites across the contract
  • Support the smooth running of site services including door access systems and fire alarm testing
  • Participation in a 1-in-5 call-out rota (£100 standby, rarely called out)

Package Includes:
  • Salary: £42,500 (up to £45,000 for the right person)
  • Company van, fuel card, PDA and phone
  • Paid travel time after the first 30 minutes each way (at overtime rate)
  • Overtime available
  • 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 or equivalent)
  • Electrically biased with good general maintenance skills
  • Comfortable with basic plumbing and fabric tasks
  • Full UK driving licence
  • SC Clearance or willing and eligible to undergo vetting
