Join Our Team as a Mobile Domestic & Lifestyle Assistant at McCarthy Stone!

***Get a £250 joining bonus and a further £250 when you pass probation.***

Location: Covering Eccles and Surrounding areas – You must have a valid UK driving licence at the point of application to be considered.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Hourly rate: £12.24 per hour + Travel expenses covered and up to an additional £1.30 for working evening and weekend hours

Domestic Assistant Responsibilities:

• Domestic support and housekeeping, including weekly homeowner apartment cleans, laundry service and communal area cleaning
• Supporting in the Bistro or Restaurant
• Opportunity for overtime within nearby developments
• Potential to develop skills and train further to become a Duty Manager

Skills and Experience:

• A caring personality and the desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Experience of domestic cleaning or working in customer care or service roles in health & social care, hospitality, retail, or domestic services
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• Considerate, patient, and professional
• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to provide personalized support to residents and enhance their retirement living experience
