Ewart & Dilworth Ltd in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking mobile domestics/cleaners to join our friendly team providing cleaning services in the community. The role involves visiting clients, general cleaning, some laundry, and using a company vehicle during working hours.

Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence for over one year and be prepared to complete a DBS check. The position is approximately 16 hours per week over two days, with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving license held for at least one year.
• DBS check will be completed at candidate's expense due to role.
• Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for mobile domestics / cleaners to join our friendly and dedicated team providing cleaning services in the community throughout Newcastle.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HELD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE FOR THE MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR TO BE CONSIDERED.

The company offers support to older people living within the local community, who may require some assistance to help them maintain their independence and live a full, healthy and active life.

Working hours will be approximately 16 hours per week over 2 working days with the view to increase as new clients require the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients within the local community and carry out general cleaning duties, including some laundry where required, to an excellent standard.

• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Experience/Qualities/Skills

• Candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence held for over one year
• Successful applicants will be expected to complete a DBS check at their own expense due to the nature of this role
• Previous experience is preferred but not essential

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newcastle upon Tyne NE15 8LE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• full UK Driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points (required)
