Job description

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Mobile Device Support/Fleet Assistant to join a busy company within the Dunstable area.

Essential Skills:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general IT support systems.
• Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of SOTI software.
• Good general admin skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player.

The Role:

• Working as part of a small team, you will be the go-to person for any general IT related issues.
• You will manage their back office software SOTI system, which is used for running all of the company's tablets, ensure the system runs smoothly, and deal with any troubleshooting issues that may arise.
• Other main tasks include general admin, memos, and dealing with incoming queries from customers and drivers.
• Working as part of a small, friendly team.
• Full-time Monday to Friday (flexibility on hours), e.g., 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.

Must have own transport to get to the location.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience + benefits.
