A community dental organization in Cornwall seeks a dedicated Dental Nurse to assist in delivering high-quality care, working both in-clinic and with a Mobile Dental Unit. Ideal candidates are GDC-registered, passionate about community health, and keen to engage in impactful outreach. Location: Based from Harleigh Road Dental Centre and deployed with our Mobile Dental Unit across Cornwall.
Are you a dedicated Dental Nurse looking for a role that goes beyond the clinic, where your work truly impacts your community, the environment, and the future of healthcare? Join our friendly and professional team at Harleigh Road Dental Clinic, where your skills will support both our practice and our mobile dental service delivered via the Mobile Dental Unit (MDU).
Assist in delivering high-quality dental care both in-clinic and on the Mobile Dental Unit across the county. Deploy with the MDU when in operation, ensuring smooth service delivery at various community locations. Take the lead in the setup and close-down of the MDU, ensuring all equipment is clean, safe, and ready for use. Manage and maintain stock levels for the MDU, including ordering supplies and keeping inventory up-to-date.
About the You: GDC-registered Dental Nurse. Confident working independently and as part of a mobile outreach team. Organised, reliable, and capable of managing logistical elements of the MDU. A full driving licence is desirable (for travel with the MDU). Passionate about improving access to dental care in the community.
