Job description

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Mobile Custody Suite Deep Cleaner to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our communities. You will join our Blue Light Management Cleaning Team at Humberside Police Stations. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is required, as you will use a shared company vehicle to access sites (based at HU5).

Your role involves maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in custody suites across Humberside Police stations, ensuring safety and well-being by following strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols in a high-pressure environment.

This is a Permanent position of 30 hours per week, scheduled over 4 or 5 days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clean and maintain all areas to meet authority standards, including communal areas, custody suites, interview rooms, cells, and vehicles.
  2. Always use appropriate PPE and uniforms during work hours.
  3. Follow strict protocols for biohazards, infection control, and contamination.
  4. Keep records of cleaning activities and report issues or maintenance needs.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within a secure police environment.
Key Requirements
  1. Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential).
  2. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  3. Physically fit to perform manual cleaning tasks, with knowledge of colour coding, manual handling, COSHH, and health & safety regulations.
  4. Appointment subject to satisfactory Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) Check.
  5. Residency in the UK for the last 3 years.
