Crusher & Screener Engineer

Salary/Bonuses: GBP20 GBP24 per hour OTE GBP80K GBP120K

Neos Engineering are partnered with a leading force in the crushing and screening sector, currently expanding their engineering team due to a strong pipeline of secured work across the UK. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced Crusher & Screener Engineers to join a forward-thinking business offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability.

The Role
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on mobile crushers and screeners

  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostics, both electrical and mechanical

  • Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently across various sites

  • Assist with plant setup, decommissioning, and transport

  • Work collaboratively with site teams within quarry and recycling environments

The Candidate
  • Previous experience working on crushers, screeners or similar heavy mobile plant

  • Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, electrics, and engines

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team

  • CSCS, NPORS or CPCS certification (preferred, not essential)

  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide (expenses paid)

The Benefits
