Ainscough Crane Hire in West London is looking for a CPCS Blue Card Mobile Crane Operator to join their successful team in the coming weeks.
- 24 days annual leave plus 2 additional days at 2 years' service and 1 additional day at 5, 10, and 20 years' service

- Work according to manufacturer’s instructions at all times.
- Adhere to road traffic regulations.
- Wear PPE at all appropriate times.
- Use outriggers correctly and ensure they are used on level ground.
- Set and check the functioning of the rated capacity limiter and indicator.
- Use manual handling procedures correctly, e.g., Outrigger Pans.
- Liaise with Site Manager/Project Manager upon arrival.
- Resist pressures to carry out unsafe operations.
- Understand and apply information from reports and duty charts.
- Be aware of wind and climatic effects on the crane and load.
- Take actions to avoid dangerous situations, including stopping operations if necessary.
- Operate fire suppressant equipment if fitted.
- Access and depart the crane safely using ladders and grab rails.
- Undertake training on specific crane models and be familiar with rigging, maintenance, and documentation.
- Continuously seek improvements in role operations.
- Full Driver’s Licence
- HGV Class C Licence
- In-date Blue CPCS card with Mobile Crane Operator authorization
- Previous experience operating mobile cranes
- Knowledge of wind and climatic effects on cranes and loads
- Strong knowledge of road traffic regulations
- Demonstrate safe working practices
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers
