Department: Temporary Cover Receptionist

Location: Manchester

Compensation: £12.60 / hour

Description

We are seeking a Mobile Cover Receptionist to provide flexible and professional reception cover in Manchester. This role requires a positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide temporary reception cover, managing the reception area and meeting expectations
  • Greet and manage visitors professionally
  • Represent stakeholders with a knowledgeable approach
  • Manage couriers, post, and deliveries
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Submit weekly site activity reports
Building Management
  • Build relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
  • Maintain a tidy reception area
  • Keep vacant spaces presentable for viewings
  • Collaborate with property and facilities managers
  • Report issues through proper channels
  • Prioritize building security
  • Proactively solve problems
Additional Tenant Experience
  • Familiarize yourself with local amenities and site notes
  • Support site events and promotional activities as needed
