Department: Temporary Cover Receptionist

Location: London

Compensation: £13.85 / hour

Description

We are seeking a Mobile Cover Receptionist in London to provide flexible and professional reception cover when our permanent staff are absent. This role requires a positive attitude, flexibility, and a proactive approach to creating a welcoming environment for clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless temporary reception cover, managing the reception area and meeting client and tenant expectations
  • Greet visitors and manage visitor flow in a friendly and professional manner
  • Represent stakeholders with knowledge and positivity
  • Manage couriers, post, and deliveries efficiently
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Submit weekly reports on site activity as needed
Building Management
  • Build effective relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception area at all times
  • Ensure vacant spaces are presentable for viewings
  • Collaborate with property and facilities managers to ensure contractor duties are carried out effectively
  • Report and resolve issues through proper channels
  • Prioritize building security
  • Approach problems proactively
Additional Tenant Experience
  • Familiarize yourself with local amenities and site notes
  • Support promotional events and added value activities as required
