Are you an experienced Cook/Chef looking to supplement your Income or looking to join a team for regular weekly work.
We are currently looking to hire flexible cooks/chefs who can work in a variety of locations across Scotland. Our short-term camp contracts require Cooks/Chefs to have PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups). Funding to obtain this will be available to successful candidates.
A camp consists of between 50 to 200 cadets and would be staffed with 1-4 personnel depending on numbers.
A general 3-day camp would consist of travel to camp with stores and a late evening meal on the 1st day, followed by a full-service 2nd day and finally breakfast and lunch on the last day of camp.
There is plenty of work all year round for successful candidates.
Applicants should have good all-round cooking skills, as well as an understanding of all health and safety associated within a kitchen.
