We understand that life can be complicated for everyone, and some individuals face additional barriers such as limited support in employment, hobbies, and financial independence. You can make a difference by supporting learning-disabled adults in our services and their own homes.

We offer comprehensive training to become a confident Support Worker. A full UK driving licence is preferred.

What We Offer
  • Work locations: Around Evesham, Morton, Worcester
  • Salary: Competitive hourly rate, increasing from £ to £ on 1st October 2024
  • Working hours: Various day shifts starting from 7:30/8 am, minimum hour shifts. Full-time and part-time roles available.
  • Holidays: 33 days annual leave including 8 bank holidays
  • Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
  • Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities

Support individuals with daily tasks, personal care, planning activities, and building confidence. Assist with using public transport, managing money, and achieving personal goals. Support may include outdoor activities, shopping, attending events, and fostering relationships.

Providing high-quality care and support, listening to individual needs, and enabling independence are key. Flexibility in shifts helps balance work and personal life.

Having a driving licence and access to a car is advantageous, or assistance in commuting is acceptable.
