Job summary

Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is recruiting an experienced Commercial Tyre Fitter for the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance and repair business. The role offers an uncapped bonus scheme, with salary £40,000 - £60,000 OTE plus overtime and callout rates.

Responsibilities include tyre fitting across various vehicles and ensuring accurate paperwork, while delivering excellent customer service from depot or roadside locations. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• REACT Licence to work safely at the roadside.
• Full driving licence RTRT and/or LCTT licences or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar.
• Willing and able to work with heavy machinery and equipment in an outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit/repair tyres including car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover roadside & in depot.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
