Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is expanding its team in the Cambridge area and seeks a Mobile Commercial Gas Technician to deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on commercial gas systems.

The role covers fault-finding, servicing gas boosters, pressurisation units, and water heaters, with a Monday–Friday 40-hour week, company van provided, and on-call opportunities. UK Driving Licence required and Gas Safe qualified.

Qualifications

• Fault-finding and problem-solving capabilities in gas systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about required actions.
• Current ACS qualifications and Gas Safe registration are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance for gas-related equipment and plant.
• Provide mechanical service for gas boosters, pressurisation units, pressure vessels and water heaters.
• Support a 24/7 service delivery team, with potential for out-of-hours rota.
