Job summary

Branta Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a reputable facilities services provider to recruit a Commercial Gas Engineer for a mobile role across Leeds and West Yorkshire. You will service and maintain commercial gas boilers, conduct fault diagnosis, and carry out PPMs across multiple sites including schools, offices, and healthcare settings.

The role offers a competitive salary (£42k-£47k), a company van with fuel card, overtime and on-call allowances, and structured training.

Qualifications

• ACS Commercial Gas qualifications required (CODNCO1/COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A).
• Proven experience in a commercial gas engineering role.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• HVAC or plumbing skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain commercial gas boilers and heating systems.
• Carry out fault diagnosis, reactive repairs, and installation works.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and compliance checks.
• Complete documentation and safety certificates in line with industry standards.
• Work across various sites including schools, offices, and healthcare environments.
• Be part of a call-out rota (additional pay provided).
