Job summary

Timpson Ltd. is seeking a Branch Colleague to join our casual, customer-focused team across multiple Scarborough branches. You will deliver a range of in-store services and provide outstanding service to customers.

With 40 hours per week and 5 days out of 7 (including weekends), the role offers full training and progression opportunities within a well-known high-street retailer.

A full driving licence and own transport are preferred to cover multiple locations.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service across branches.
• Deliver a range of in-store services including key cutting, watch repairs, engraving, and shoe repairs.
• Support colleagues across different locations.

Locations: Scarborough North Yorkshire (we have multiple branches in Scarborough so ideally a driving licence with vehicle needed)

Job Type: Permanent Full time, Mobile Colleague Position covering branches once fully trained

Pay between: £26,624 (+ uncapped Bonus )

You will work across multiple branches once fully trained, delivering a range of services and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing outstanding customer service

Delivering a variety of in-store services, including:

• Key cutting
• Watch and mobile phone repairs
• Engraving
• Shoe repairs
• Photo processing
• Maintaining high store standards
• Supporting team members across different locations
