Job summary

TCFM is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Support to help maintain a pristine, safe environment for our clients. You will work with the Contract Manager to cover sites around the M25, adapting to client needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.

You must hold a full driving licence; a company vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone will be provided. The role involves 30–40 hours per week over 6 days with flexible shift times.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Relaxed approach to client needs and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Cover for colleagues when absent across the M25 area.
• Prioritise health and safety as a daily practice on site.

About The Role

We are looking for a Cleaning Support, someone who is passionate about creating a super clean and tidy work environment for our clients. You will be working alongside your Contract Manager helping to cover sites in the M25 area

You need to be able to be flexible, organised, and able to respond and adapt to client needs.

You will need a full driving licence for this role, company vehicle, fuel card and mobile phone will be provided.

6 days, you must be flexible to cover varied shifts working between 30 - 40 hours per week.
