Job Description:

Job Purpose

  • The Mobile Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for managing store cleaning services across approximately 24 small format convenience stores in and around Northampton and surrounding areas.
  • The Supervisor will ensure KPI’s and Weekly Store Service Checks are met to defined standards, with corrective actions taken as needed.
  • Recruit and effectively train all Store Cleaning staff in the area, ensuring recruitment and training align with company processes.
  • Manage area and store costs within budget and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact.
  • Carry out weekly and monthly cleaning audits.
  • Manage any HR issues that arise.

Candidate’s background & experience

  • Multi-site Cleaning management experience is preferred.
  • Background in cleaning within food retail or small format retail environments.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Results-driven and proficient in IT, including Excel, Word, and Email.

The role involves working 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including 1 weekend day. Candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced retail environment, be flexible to cover weekends, and be prepared to be hands-on when required. A full and valid driving license and residence in or around Northampton are essential, with daily travel expected. Immediate start available.
