Job description

We have an exciting opening for a PART time candidate working
Monday - Friday MORNINGS either 7am - 11am or 8am - 12pm.


Job Summary
As a Mobile Supervisor/Manager, you will be working alongside peer supervisors. Your main role will be to manage staff/contracts with operatives based in designated sites in and around the Wolverhampton area.


Requirements
YOU WILL NEED A FULL VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE FOR THIS JOB.


Responsibilities
You will ensure high standards are maintained, offering operational support to our expanding customer base. You will be able to deliver training, COSHH, and guidance. This job will require working in a physical role, carrying out cleaning duties, deliveries, site surveys, instruction, and demonstrations on a daily basis.


  1. Inspect premises regularly to ensure the cleaning tasks have been completed to the highest standard.
  2. Build and regularly maintain strong relationships with clients and employees.
  3. Complete random spot-checks on a regular basis.
  4. Order stock, equipment, and supplies of cleaning materials for allocated sites.
  5. Cover cleaning shifts on sites for staff sickness and holiday.
  6. Perform deep cleans and help start/set up contracts.

Previous experience in a cleaning/supervisor role would be an advantage.
