Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning across approximately 60 sites in Coventry and surrounding areas. You will lead cleaning teams, conduct site visits, and ensure high cleaning standards are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers a £29,000 per annum salary, a company vehicle, full training, and opportunities for progression within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning supervision or facilities management.
• Experience managing teams across multiple sites is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confident with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning operations across ~60 sites.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Ensure standards meet company and client requirements.
• Manage staff performance, attendance and conduct.
• Assist recruitment, induction and training of staff.
• Coordinate cover for holidays and sickness.
• Monitor equipment, materials and stock levels.
• Build relationships with clients and site contacts.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Complete audits, reports and compliance checks.
• Support new site openings and improvements.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
