Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support customer sites across the South, South West, and Wales. The role involves visiting sites, auditing, and coaching teams to maintain high service standards.

You will travel between sites, support operations, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. A full UK driving licence and 2+ years in a supervisory role are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory position within a service-led environment

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site visits, audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support.
• Ensure sites operate in line with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Review site documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support colleague training and operational readiness.
• Provide planned and emergency absence cover when required.
• Identify, report, and escalation risks, incidents, and service concerns.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Complete additional customer requests and one-off service requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Produce accurate reports and management information as required.

Salary: £28,072.09 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility required to meet operational needs)
