Job description

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced mobile cleaner to join our team!

As a mobile cleaning supervisor, you will be field-based and required to travel between site locations within and around the Plymouth area. A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided, along with all necessary cleaning equipment to carry out your role.

Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Attending sites to resolve cleaning issues and bring standards up to par.
  2. Cleaning all areas of our clients' sites, including hoovering floors, cleaning, and sanitising surfaces.
  3. Ensuring cleaning standards are delivered according to the specified requirements.
  4. Following health & safety legislation at all times.
  5. Responding to ad hoc requests from the Management Team.
  6. Escalating concerns or site-level issues to the Area Manager.
  7. Completing stock checks and following the agreed process for ordering supplies.
  8. Collaborating effectively with colleagues, Regional Managers, and Area Managers.
  9. Supporting training and inductions for new cleaners.

Qualifications And Skills

  1. Experience in a similar role.
  2. A proactive approach with an excellent eye for detail, methodical and organised.
  3. Self-motivated, confident, and approachable with a flexible attitude.
  4. Excellent client focus with a proven track record in facilities management or contract cleaning.
  5. Team player capable of motivating others.
