OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a mobile supervisor to oversee cleaning teams across eight Salford sites. The role includes cover cleaning, training, audits, and daily supervision with a company van provided for site travel.

You will need a valid UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and flexibility to work morning and evening shifts as part of a 25-hour work week. Prior cleaning experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Supervise cleaners across 8 Salford sites (mobile supervisor).
• Provide cover cleaning, supervision, training, and audits; van provided.
• Tidy work areas, floors and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and related tasks.
• Interact with customers and assist them as needed.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training.

About The Role:

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday - Cover both the morning shift 6:30am to 8:30am and evening shift 4pm to 7pm (25 hours per week)

(Driving Licence required and a fully expensed company van will be provided)

At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• This is a mobile supervisor role and will be to travel around the Salford sites to which we have 8 sites in total and will be to supervise the team of cleaners both morning and evening.
• This will be helping to provide cover cleaning, supervision, training, completing audits etc. a company van is provided
• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins and other tasks as required.
• You may come into regular contact with customers so you must be able to assist them if needed.
• You must complete all relevant Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• You must have right to work in the UK.
• A full UK Driving License is required.
• A background in cleaning would be advantageous.
• You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as be flexible with working hours and days.
