Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning teams at a site in Derry/Londonderry. The role involves roster planning, recruitment where needed, and ensuring site standards align with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have cleaning sector experience, strong communication, supervisory skills, and a track record of delivering excellent customer service. Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager.
• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance.
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment.
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required.
• To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met.

About The Role

Working Pattern

Sunday 10am - 1pm and Tuesday & Thursday 6am - 9am

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager
• Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance
• Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment
• To fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required
• To build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met
