About the Role:

We are recruiting a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Leeds, the North East, and surrounding areas.

Job Type: Permanent - Part Time

Pay Rate: £13,600 per annum + company van + benefits + overtime

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday (flexible hours). Additional hours paid as overtime.

Start Date: Immediately

Role Summary:

As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Operational Management team by supervising cleaning staff across multiple sites. Your role involves building effective relationships, ensuring productive and safe work environments, and delivering excellent service to clients. You will communicate regularly with site teams and management, reporting concerns and praise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of operative employees.
2. Ordering consumables and managing equipment and stock levels.
3. Providing clients with information on additional services.
4. Workforce planning for your sites.
5. Training operational staff across all requirements.
6. Supporting HR investigations.
7. Ensuring T&A compliance across sites.
8. Managing cleaning teams to meet service standards.
9. Addressing client and team requirements in person and virtually.
10. Training new employees on cleaning procedures and site protocols.
11. Providing hands-on cleaning support during holidays or sickness.
12. Organizing rotas and submitting accurate timesheets.
13. Maintaining good relationships with customer representatives.
14. Communicating via phone and Microsoft tools.
15. Reporting data monthly.
