Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor – £13.79 per hour | Various Locations | Full-Time | Company Van Provided

Are you an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Mobile Cleaner / Supervisor to join our team and help us deliver exceptional cleaning services across multiple client sites.

In this dual role, you’ll maintain high standards of cleanliness while supporting and supervising a team of cleaners. You’ll be the driving force behind quality control, team motivation, and smooth day-to-day operations — all while travelling between locations in a company-provided van.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Cleaning Duties
    • Empty bins and transport waste to designated areas
    • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces
    • Clean and polish furniture, ledges, and fixtures
    • Replenish consumables (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels)
    • Maintain tidy storage areas and follow health & safety protocols
  • Supervisory Duties
    • Oversee and support cleaning staff across multiple sites
    • Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning schedules are met
    • Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance
    • Monitor stock levels and manage supply orders
    • Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally
    • Complete admin tasks (logs, timesheets, reports)
    • Act as the key contact for clients and the Contracts Manager
