We are looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to work on a range of sites with varying Mitie clients. Managing a cleaning team, recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

You will be responsible for all quality, health, safety and environment requirements of the areas that you will cover, whilst making sure the facility is maintained to the high standards of Mitie. The delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning. You will distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary. You will deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience and working with cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals. Full training on COSHH will be carried out.

The ideal candidate will have experience working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines, and understand the organisational goals and objectives, whilst demonstrating forward thinking and a positive can-do attitude. They will have good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude and they will be able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.

A strong standard of numeracy and literacy skills and an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office will also be required for the role, as well as competency using IT equipment.
