Job summary

L&Q is seeking reliable staff to join our front-line cleaning team serving Sheltered Schemes and office spaces. You will work across Trafford Borough and surrounding areas, providing consistent, high-quality cleaning services while adhering to safety and PPE guidelines.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to undergo training, and able to travel between sites. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of tools and materials associated with Cleaning and removals.
• The ability to solve problems.
• Ability to travel between sites is essential.
• Using mobile phone applications.
• Experience of a similar role beneficial; full training is provided to reach the required standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent Cleaning service to our Sheltered Schemes and Office spaces.
• Undertake routine training and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and personal development is completed.
• Use of various chemicals and mandatory PPE.
• Reporting on site issues.
• Work in a fast paced customer focused role, ensuring high standard of service at all times.
