Job summary

Norse Group LTD is seeking a reliable part-time Mobile Cleaner for Barnsley. Work 6 hours per week across Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am–12:00pm at three Barnsley sites. £12.71 per hour with time-and-a-half and mileage paid.

You’ll clean toilets and facilities, restock supplies, and report issues while representing a tidy, safe site. Ideal candidates have cleaning or caretaking experience, access to a vehicle, and strong communication skills for on-site interaction with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or caretaking experience preferred.
• Access to own vehicle.
• Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
• Excellent communication with on-site clients.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Good organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors and rooms with dusting, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Empty bins, clean restrooms and keep sanitisers stocked.
• Build relationships with clients on-site.
• Follow health and safety practices at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Join Our Team as a Part-Time MobileCleaner across various sites inBarnsley

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces,who values responsibility and enjoys working on their own initiative. You’ll be working 6 hours per week, Saturday & Sunday 9:00am - 12:00pm.

3 locations within Barnsley - Locke Park Toilets, Cannon Hall Pavilion Toilets and Worsbrough Mill Toilets.

• Cleaning floors and rooms including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring sanities stations are full.
• Building relationships with clients on site.
• Following health and safety at all times.
• Report any defects or damages.

Our Successful Candidate:

We will ideally be looking for you to demonstrate previous cleaning or caretaking experience in a previous role, alongside:

• Access to their own vehicle
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with our clients on-site
• Confident working independently to your own initiative
• Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
