Full Time Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm - Full UK Driving License Required

So, who are we looking for?

Our cleaning team members are a vital part of the service we provide to our clients. Working as a mobile cleaner on various sitesyou will contributeto the exceptional standards for which Virtu Property is known. By helping ensure all our sites are a clean, hygienic and attractive places for people to live and work, you are providing a crucially important role in our commitment to keeping all developments in the best possible condition.

You will take pride in your work and adapt easily to changing situations. You will also have a key role in reporting back any problems or issues found on site, as well as maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour to all residents and colleagues.

As this role requires travel to and from our sites you will need a full, valid driving license.

And what will you be doing?

No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:

  • Effectively manage your time, arriving to site on time and spending the allocated time at each location in line with the cleaning schedule
  • Report any maintenance issues, defects or problems on site to FM Operations Manager
  • Carry out all cleaning tasks at each location to a high standard and within the allocated time
  • Ensure you are aware of the specific cleaning specification for each site, referring to your Team Leader if unsure
  • Work in accordance with all health and safety guidelines, avoiding the risk of slips, trips or falls and use all appropriate signage
  • Ensure you always possess and use all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Report immediately to your Team Leader in the event of an emergency or issue preventing you from fulfilling your duties on site or having to leave site early
  • Sign the contractors log at each site visit, as and when required
