Job summary

Mitie Cleaning Environmental Services in the Midlands is hiring a Mobile Bus Shelter Cleaner on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver excellent service, meet SLAs, and follow cleaning schedules while ensuring sites are clean, safe and well maintained.

Hours are 40 per week at £13.45 per hour. A full UK driving licence and ability to use Android apps to locate sites are required; cleaning experience is desirable. Benefits include flexible plans, healthcare, and staff development.

Location: Various routes across the Midlands

Role Responsibilities

• Ensure Sites are kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Full UK driving license
• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Ability to use Android App systems to locate Sites
• Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential).
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
