Job description

We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend multiple sites for one of our Social Housing partners in Enfield, North London, and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Hourly pay rate is £13.15.

A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle will be provided.

Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner:

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames
• Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mop floors with wet or damp mops
• Vacuum carpeted areas
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks

What are we looking for?

• Prior professional cleaning experience
• IT literacy (use of tablets and smartphone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
• Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (we cover the cost)
