Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to uphold high cleanliness standards across our sites. The role covers sites in the Chichester area with travel to Hampshire and Sussex, working 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential, and prior cleaning experience is preferred. You will travel between housing sites, clean communal areas, manage waste, and report repairs to the manager.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
• Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work with heavy cleaning machinery.

Responsibilities

• Drive the company van to and from sites.
• Clean internal communal areas such as lifts, stairwells, landings, kitchens, etc.
• Sweep hard surfaces and litter pick on soft surfaces.
• Clean windows within easy reach.
• Report required repairs and maintenance to the manager.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across our sites. You will be joining our Cleaning teams based in the Chichester area and travelling to sites across Hampshire and Sussex. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care. Your role will involve traveling to different sites housing sites (sheltered accommodation, extra care and general needs council estates) to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you. Hours will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. A Full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement.,
