Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi for our Property Team in the North Hants, Basingstoke & Surrey locality. A business van and fuel card are provided for travel. The role involves working on our housing properties with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

You will perform 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, window/door installations, UPVC servicing, and related trades as demands require. A full UK driving licence is required for travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in residential/housing sector.
• Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 2 or 5+ years proven carpentry work.
• Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs across properties.
• 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry work.
• Install windows, doors, frames internal and external.
• UPVC servicing and installation.
• Locksmithing and entry methods as required.
• Fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery.
• Other duties include basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating.
