London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking an experienced Multi-trade Carpenter to join our Reactive repairs maintenance team across Hounslow, Brent, Ealing and Slough. You will work from home base with an L&Q van and PDA, carrying out carpentry and related trades to deliver right-first-time fixes for residents.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and NVQ or equivalent preferred, with strong health and safety awareness and excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Sound working trade knowledge within maintenance/ housing environment.
• Experience in carpentry, including floor laying and related trades.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver right-first-time service to residents.
• Travel to jobs from home using L&Q van and PDA for work orders.
• Provide carpentry and maintenance work across Hounslow, Brent, Ealing and Slough.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements.
