Travel Across Norfolk and Suffolk: Be a Mobile Caretaker with Tascor!

As the Mobile Caretaker you will be required to assist with general day to day maintenance and repair activities that are required across 100 police stations in Norfolk/Suffolk.

Job Description:

As a Mobile Caretaker, you will:

  • Carry out minor/basic repairs onsite
  • Travel daily to various sites to undergo caretaker/maintenance duties
  • Responsible for making sure sites are safe by carrying out repairs, putting up warning signs, cleaning any moss/debris etc.
  • Painting areas where required following damage or wear and tear
  • Follow the rules and procedures of Tascor and the police authority, especially about health and safety.
To apply for this job, you need to have:
  • Previous experience in a caretaker role is desirable but not essential.
  • Good communication and people skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Basic building maintenance skills
  • Good attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Lived in the UK for at least 3 years (This is required for police vetting).
  • A current clean driving licence
  • Ability to travel daily across Norfolk/Suffolk (Vehicle is provided)
