Mobile Caretaker - Vertas Derbyshire Limited

Glossop/Stockport/Buxton
25 hours per week,
Monday to Friday; 7am - 9am and 3pm - 6pm
£21.41 per hour

Driving Licence and own vehicle Required

The Mobile Caretaker will have:

Main responsibilities include:

1. Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
2. Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
3. Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
4. Monitoring site stocks.
5. Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and have a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety (all training will be provided).
6. Using DIY and having an ability to carry out minor repairs, general maintenance and decorating capably and you will follow a planned maintenance programme.
7. Undertaking cleaning duties.
8. Supervision of staff.
