Job summary

Wiltshire Council is looking for compassionate care assistants to respond to urgent care alerts and provide personal care and emergency support across Wiltshire. You will travel between communities delivering timely, empathetic care and work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

No formal qualifications are required; we will support you to complete the Care Certificate, with strong communication and a willingness to work independently and in a team.
