Job summary

Partners In Care Yorkshire is recruiting Mobile Care Workers to support people in Scarborough and the surrounding area. You will provide personal care and home support, following each service user's Care Plan, and assist with medication, shopping and social outings.

We offer flexible hours, a company pension, induction and training, and a referral programme. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, with training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Prior care experience preferred; Partners In Care will provide all necessary training.
• A qualification in palliative, end of life care or dementia care is advantageous.
• It is a criminal offence to apply for roles that require unsupervised work with adults at risk if barred from Regulated Activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to people in their homes as per their Care Plan.
• Assist with medication, household tasks, shopping and social outings.
• Support service users to maintain independence and community involvement.
• Flexible hours to suit individual circumstances.
