You will work on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, with a full UK driving license and access to your own car. We offer training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as life insurance and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a field-based role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with domestic tasks.
• Support homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments; travel between developments.
