TIMES24 UK LIMITED in Bournemouth is seeking a Car Park Attendant for a Full-time role (37.5 hours). The job involves serving customers across multiple sites with occasional travel to nearby sites to ensure consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, regulating vehicle flow, patrolling the area, and performing light grounds work. A UK manual driving licence, strong communication, and basic tech skills are essential; training is provided for painting and landscaping

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills to operate site equipment.
Smartphone proficiency for internal communication.
Must hold a Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential).
Flexible to travel between multiple sites during shifts.
Ability to work independently across several locations.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and deliver top-notch service.
Regulate vehicle entry and exit smoothly.
Carry out regular foot patrols for safety and security.
Perform grounds maintenance (weeding, painting, cleaning).
Paint walls, stairwells and bay lines (training provided).
Work outdoors; perform basic landscaping (weeding/hedge trimming) with training provided.
