Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer

A leading HVAC hard FM contractor currently has key requirements for a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer to cover Commercial Buildings in London and surrounding areas. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCU's, AHU's and small plumbing repairs.

As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be:

1. Service and maintain BMS front end systems.
2. Carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant.
3. Complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant.
4. Fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant.
5. Be on the callout rota which is 1 in 8, £100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout.
6. Cover Commercial sites within London and surrounding areas.

Requirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer:

1. Experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant.
2. Fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant.
3. Breakdown experience on all Electrical systems and Mechanical plant.
4. To be a genuine commutable distance to London.

Salary: Up to £48k basic + callout + Benefits.
