Mobile Building Services Engineer London

A leading facilities management services provider for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in London. This role offers the freedom of a van–mobile position, giving you the variety of working on multiple sites while being supported by a strong technical team.

Duties:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical plant.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with statutory requirements, H&S regulations, and company procedures.
  • Work closely with the helpdesk and other engineers to prioritise and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships on–site.
Requirements:
  • Qualified in either electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in building services maintenance, ideally within commercial environments.
  • Strong fault–finding skills across a range of M&E systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
