Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer
Surrey
Salary up to 50k + package + van

A privately owned facilities maintenance hard services contractor with a high-end commercial client base of financial and real-estate clients within the central London area and Surrey.

They have a key requirement for an experienced AC / mechanical biased building services engineer to manage the PPM's and reactive maintenance of HVAC plant and associated equipment on site.

Responsibilities

• Performing PPM's on VRV, VRF, AHU's, FCU's, and pumps
• Maintaining mechanical building services plant including VRV, VRF, AHU's, FCU's, and pumps
• Performing general building services maintenance duties; hot water temperature checks, emergency lighting drain downs, and tests
• Covering sites within the central London to Surrey area
• On site for 6 hours per day

Qualifications

• F-Gas category 1, level 2 / 3 in air conditioning
• Previous experience as a mobile building services maintenance engineer
• Experience in PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, VRV, VRF, AHU, and FCU
