Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is hiring a Mobile Building Fabric Engineer based in Oxfordshire to cover a portfolio of sites across Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. The role focuses on building fabric maintenance, with duties spanning carpentry, plumbing and general repairs, on a Mon-Fri schedule with a £38k basic salary.

Benefits include pension and sick pay. Ideally, a City and Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing is required, with additional trades like painting, patch plastering or tiling

Qualifications

• Qualified tradesperson with City and Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing.
• Experience with other trades such as painting, plastering, tiling.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance of building fabrics across multiple sites.
• Carpentry, plumbing and general repairs as primary duties.
• Small and minor works including refurbishments to rooms/offices.
• Replace doors/locks, sinks/basins/toilets and floor upgrades.
