Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide operatives to meet service levels
• Conduct regular checks and cleaning in designated areas
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests
• Perform periodic carpet cleaning and spring cleaning as specified
• Assist the Sector Manager with recruitment and vetting processes
• Manage and develop the team to maintain high morale and motivation
• Provide weekly reports on team absences and additional hours worked

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in MAS or supervisory roles
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Ability to maintain service standards
• Health and Safety management experience
• Proven track record of success
